Being born & raised in Florence, Italy, my love of fine coffee was passed down to me from my parents and grandparents. And now I get to share that love with my own kids, and of course, the readers of this website.
With over three decades of experience as a coffee expert, my passion for coffee runs deep. Through the pages of this website, I delve into coffee’s various aspects, from specialty coffees and brewing techniques to incredible recipes, the captivating history behind this beloved beverage, and the diverse cultures that make coffee so special!
